Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
my uncle taken a b'low in 1956 on lease of 99years.. bt unfortunetly they misplaced the lease agreement. we aproached the soc. from where the lease was taken by soc. member r sayin they dont have the lease copy. what is the right way 2 take out lease agreement.
