dear sir, i want to file p.i.l in supreme court of india, in p.n.d.t act, for partiality done by district,supertvisory teams,to doctors,some members informthe doctors before,team comes to check,&they trouble sincere doctors,by pointing,small things like board, records maintain, i want thevideography mustobe done along check, too see the behaviour of team peoples, because its a strong act, so for savingthe doctors who are working sincerely in their ultrasound clinics

you cannot file a PIL on this ground but u can approach the high court for appropriate orders under the writ of mandamus.
