I have answered this question earlier but you still insist on asking the same question again. Any way you and your sister have no right or share in the property as this property has become your mothers self acquired.

You need to assess matter in the light of available evidence.

You may knowing as a fact that property really purchased by your father in the name of your mother. However, you need to check whether same find support by any evidence.

If there are sufficient evidence, then you may need to know whether your father would like to contest a suit against your mother.
