Apartment ownerahip
I have an apartment in Bangalore India in my name and I want to change to the ownership to ''jointly'' with my husband . what woud be the procedure to be folowed.

You need to either execute and register a Deed of Apartment i.e. Conveyance or a Gift Deed.
