Ban on General Power of attorney

Hi,

I want to buy a residential plot in faridabad haryana and i get know that GPA is banned here.Is it true and in this situation what i can do.Is there any alternative .

GPA can not be banned.

Most probably, it must have been made compulsory to have registered GAP with photographs of the grantor and grantee on it.

In haryana,the sale by way of GPA is not permissible.There are other ways but definitly the same can not be mentioned here.You are required to contact personally.Professional charges are applicable.

Yes its true but there are other alternatives which i can sugges you when you can contact alonwith the documents of the residential plot.
