Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear Sir,
I have seen a land near urappakam (inbetween Vandalur & Guduvancheri), The owner said the land is Panchayat Approved and not DTCP Approved.
Please answer whether the following questions
1) With Panchayat Approval, we can buy that land ?
2) With Panchayat Approval, will bank will provide loan? (Govt / Pvt Bank)
2) What is procedure to convert Panchayat approved Land to DTCP Approval?
