Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My Grand father (expired now) had a property of 10Acre. Now land is registred in name of Grand father's six chilren. Grand father has 3 sons (including my father) and 3 daughters. Partition deed is not done till now. Now one son and one daughter sold their rights to younder son without taking any permisson of remaing members.
1) As I am grand son of this family , do I have any rights to the Grand farher property.
2) Can rights to be given internally without any written permisson from the
remaining share holders and grand children?
3) Is there any way to bring the Stay on this tranferring the rights internally ?
