Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My Grandfather [mother's father] has a property in Bangalore and have 11 children. Grandfather and grandmother have expired. There is no will made against the property. They are declaring only 6 children out of which my mother is left over.

1) As a granddaughter how can I bring to the notice of Sub-registrar that its illegal saying there are 11 children and not 6.

2) Can I get a share of property on behalf of my mother [my mother is alive]

3) What is IPC section 8361 amendment 60 says

as the grand father died intestate, all the 11 legal heirs have an equal share in the property left by him, including daughters. you may file a case for partition as suggested above.
