Hello,
My father has made the last will on my favour & died last year.We are two brother. My brother is staying in California.
Now he want his share in the property.
Now what to do??
Please help me.

in case the property was solely acquired by your father, the will would stay and in case it is a joint family property, then your father can only will away his share after partition of the property. in case the property is self acquired by your father, you may go for probate of the will. for that, the notice is to be issued to your brother as well who is in California.
