Dear Sir / Madam,

If there is a nomination already filed by your mother with the Society prior to her demise, and all your other brothers and sisters have given their written consent to the Society, of having no objection to transfer the flat in your name, there is no need for a Succession Certificate thereafter.

Do not complicate the issue by making other legal heirs as the nominee till the Society first transfers the flat in your name. That nomination process will be your sole prerogative and may be completed later.
