Janachaitanya not handing over the plot

Dear sir,

We have purchased a plot from janachaitanya by paying the total amount of 2,25,000/- in instal ments. After paying the complete amount in the year 2004 till date we haven't got the plot . Whenever we approach them regarding the registration of our plot they say that we haven't received the approval from HUDA. Please suggest us what to be done in order to get our plot from them.

This amounts to cheating. you can file a complaint with police and with consumer court also for deficviency in service.

sent a written request to builder and if he does not fulfill your request/demand then approach consumer court.

Whether plot could be transferred without approval of HUDA? If no, What are the conditions/requisites on which HUDA accord its approval? Whether all those conditions/requisites have been duly complied with? You need to find out these things and decide further line of action.

This is fraud. You can direct first to builder and if he doesnt reply or take any action file a complaint in the Consumer court for the deficiency of services.

this person has cheated you and thus there are two remedies available to you first is that you should go to Police Station and file a complaint that he has cheated you as he did not have approval from HUDA and even then he has sold the plot to you and second is that you should go to Consumer Forum. but mind it you can only avail one of these two.
