Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I'm an NRI resident in UAE. I have some problems in India where I have no security for me, my parents or my belongings. In this case is it possible to file a case against the persons hindering our family? Can i ask for security for me, my parents and my belongings?

A case may be filed for receiving threats etc. One can also apply for and obtain police protection in appropriate case.
