Not paid Maharashtra Amnesty Stamp duty

I have not paid the stamp duty in the Maharashtra Amnesty Scheme...My preoperty was purchased in 1980. Kindly let me know is the procedure and how much would I need to pay including the penalty/

You may contact the office of Collector / revenue authorities of your area.

Your property description needs to be reviewed.

If your property was purchased in 1980 then you will not have to pay the penalty which starts from two per cent per month.

Instead, a penalty of Rs 500 would be levied if the stamp duty paid is below Rs 25,000 and Rs 1000 if the stamp duty paid is above Rs 25,000.
