Re: property

you should have serach conducted in the relevant registry offices with details/location of the property, and after identification, obtain a certified copy of the deed from the registry office.

Re: property

are you in possession and enjoyment of the property?

- if you have details of the property get an encumbrance certificate of the property to find out what previous documents existed in any person name!

for instance there is a sale deed - then you can get a Sub registrar office copy - and proceed with it.

for further details contact and mail us!

Re: property

Nobody and no amount of money can get you papers if they donot exist. However, you can make search regarding the deed in favour of your grandfather by inspecting the record at the office of sub-registrar for the period around the time it was purchased by him. two three year plus minus. If this is not possible then your possession of property since the time of your grandfather is a good title. You can sell the property on the basis of possession. If even this is not possible you need a good civil lawyer.
