Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Registration Money

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a flat in NCR, India from a co-operative society. The builder has taken the Resistration money in Flat cost, stating that he will take care of it once all flats will sold out.

But after that we got to know that he has charged the same to half of the people only. We do have share certificate and receipt of payments but do not have any document to prove that this amount is taken for the registration.

What to do, as we want to have registration done asap. How we can pressurise the bulider to do that?

Thanks,

Abhishek

Re: Registration Money

Make a written request giving all the facts,to builder and ask him to fullfil his words to get the flat registered as was told by him and if he does not fullfil his promise then serve him a notice and then proceed against him.

Re: Registration Money

You can demand registration from the builder, and in default, proceed legally against the builder, also claiming other releifs mentioned by you.
