Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sir, a suit for possession & mense profits damages decreed in our favur from Tis Hazari Court Delhi. Now the person in possession of property filed an appeal before Delhi high Courts. DHC stayed the appeal in a condition of mense profits & damages to be deposited every month by appellant. now from last six years appellant depositing the mense profits & damages .

Can we use our mense profit as a decree holder. If I want to withdraw mense profits & damages amount is any bank guarnttee be given up.

i need to go through the order of the high court and then i will be in a position to give a correct opinion. why is your case pending for six years when it was proved that the documents are forged.
