Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i want to get.

when i was a student my father purchased property in my name but from his own funds.my father is living in it since the day one. i am not living there. i want the property because the same is in my name. my father is not giving the same to me by saying that the property belong to him ( father) because the money was spent by him (FATHER) from his funds 7 is thus real owner of the house.. can i recover the house being Benamidar under benami act 1988.

the property purchased in your name shall remain in your name and u have a legal right to get the possession of the said property, since the trasaction of purchasing the property in your name by your father is now protected by Benami Transaction Act, 1988. please inform at what in what year the sid property was purchased for futher advise.

Your father will be a real owner of the said property purchase by him in your name from his own funds and now he is in possession of above said property.
