Legal Question in Traffic Law in India
I was summons to accused before Addl CJM court (LOk - Adalat) CR- 931/09, U/S - 177/182/196 M.V. Act, But I have never any Vehicle at my name. Now what can do??

hire a lawyer to convey to the judge that you do not own the vehicle in question.
