In the Agreement to Sale for the Flat from the builder and flat purchaser/s under MOFA, there being two purchasers, can One of the Flat Purchaser make his will of its share in favour of 2nd Purchaser in the Flat AGreement itself. - India

Dear client...
its not a good practice that you make a will in the agreement itself....
Its suggestable that you only make a agreement of sale....
and after that you can make a WILL as per you choice... which can be changed in furture in required....
