Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

where can i confirm if the will is registered or not. I went to PWD building Mumbai High Court to check whether the will is probated or not? but they dont even have a record of the will in their computers. so i want to challange the legality of the will. can i do so?

You do not have to confirm registration of a will.

Whether registered or not, validity of will can be challenged. You issue notice and file law-suit against those who claim to be will -beneficiaries.
