Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Can someone contest a trust as compared to a will

Currently in India while contesting inheritances two brothers(sons) can contest their father's will in case of any dispute between the brothers (sons). while planning succession management if a trust is created to distribute assets post the death of the father can the two brothers (sons) raise a claim and contest the trust allocations made to them. alternatively put, i have two children and i want to distribute my assets to both of them with the ratio of 60:40. If i create a will it can be contested in Indian courts. If however i create a trust and make the same allocation can my children contest the trust like they can the will. Regards

Legally speaking anything can be contested - successfully or not is a different question - and that can be ansered only after looking at the concerned documents.
