Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

my father died and we had a home as the only property of ours , I ve read the registry of our home but i dont see any nominee in it .

I want the home to be transferred in the name of my mother and me as a nominee.

apart from this we lived in a nuclear family .

kindly tell me the best possible solution for which i should go

You may change that house in yours mother name by submitting your father's death certificate to the concerned authority.
