all my fathers agriculture land transffered on my name after my father died in 1950 , when 1 was only 1year old my mother was illiterate, i have 19 bigha land 10 bigha was acquired by govt in 1960 my mother was illiterate we thought all was our land was acquired, recently in 2008 i got the information from patwari that 9 bigha of my land was still unacquired and is on my name in revenue records & a cooperative house building society build houses on my unaquired land , i confirmed it from all govt depts that 9 bigha from my land was never been acquired still on name in revenue records
a cooperative house buiding society had build houses on my land in year 2003 with help of builders and sold most of the land
Q can i get back my land ? can i get any compensation ? what can i do now?
