Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

My Grand father left his property written on my brother's name in the will.

He expired in the year 1988.

As a grand daughter can i claim a share in my grand fathers property from my brother?

in case the property that your grand father was holding, was earned by him, u have no right and the will holds good and in case your grand father was holding a property not earned by him rather a joint property, you have an equal right in partitioning the said property.

Since your GF executed a will you have no right to claim share in the property.

No, if the property in the hands of your GF was his self acquired property; Yes, if the property was ancestral.
