Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

I`m from HUF family in west bengal.My father is engaged in gambling and take risk of ancestral house(property).Father don`t want to divide property, can i claim my right?

reply :-- But sir , In india westbengal & assam HUF property division or partical divison only possible after death of father, is it possible & if possible then where can i file?

As per Hindu Law, partition of HUF property can be sought by any male member of HUF.
