Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

In a registered co-operative society, what are the functions of a managing committee and what is the ceiling for expenses for them. In the bye laws , it has been given that the expenses are to be made as per the number of members registered in the society. Also, what are the nature of expenses - statutory OR general expenses OF both ?

Kindly guide as regards to the role of a managing committee of a registered society.

Because , the managing has demolised the garden area and have other plans for the same.
