Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Please guide us in the following queries :

1. What are bye laws ?

2. Can any decision taken by managing committee be part of the bye laws of that society? or in other words, which decisions can be included in the bye laws or no decisions can be ammended in the exisitng bye laws ? If not , the bye laws will be the final verdict to follow.

1.Bye laws are such laws which can be heard and decided by a body of members of any association or society but not directly by any court of law.

2.The bye-laws can be amended or changed as per the norms adopted before the formation of such society or body.

Bye - Laws of a society are its rules by which it is governed. Such laws are approved before the registrar of the society. All actions of the executive have to be within four corners of the bye-laws.
