My Grand Father who has a property was died on 1992 and has 3 daughter and 2 sons all are got married before the amendment of women equal rights act 1989 29a sec 6 (iv) nothing in this Chapter shall apply to a daughter married before the date of the commencement of the Hindu Succession. 3 daughter wants equal partitation of my grandfather house now. I planned to go for pobate.

Ancestral properties are to be shared equally among all the legal hiers and there is no law which hinders married women from claiming their rights.
