My husband has made me the sole executrix and trustee of his will, however, he does not have a trust of any sort...will his WILL be challenged by his sons from the first marriage???

once the will is already executed, non documented lack of trust cannot be proved. however, the will is going to be effective after the demise of your husband. in case he lacks trust, the will may be changed by him only. regarding the sons from first marriage, they have an equal right in ancestral property and also an equal share in case their father dies intestate.

Will registered or not are generally challenged by the legal heirs who were/are left out by the testator in his/her will after his/her demise.
