Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
i have a registered will which my father registerd in my name.i have 2 sisters who says that will has no value and if i want to sell the property i will need their signatures as they are also legal heirs.please guide how can i become the owner of the property for which i hve the registerd will. property is in my fathers name.it is a self acquired property.

Since,it is a self acquired property by your father.
The will made and registered by your father on your name is fully valid.
No need of your sister's signatures for your owner ship registration.
