Specific Power of attorney

My self, my brother and mother have given specific power of attorney to our eldest brother for collection of rents, but now as things are not very smooth between us anymore, we want to revoke the SPA, pls let me know whether, the SPA holder have to sign the same and what is the procedure for revocating the same. The SPA was not registered.

The power of Attorney giver can revoke the SPA any time by making a document for revoking the SPA. Any local advocate can do it for you and SPA holder needs only to be informed of revocation.

Contact a local lawyer and inform the holder of the SPA and the lawyer will complete the procedure of revocation.
