Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
Dear Sir
I am working in UAE,in my company,there are some problems regarding salary,promotion and gratity issue,even my company keeping our passport with it and its Labour Law is good but not followed properly,Termination made when you never expect.My question is that if i am getting problem in my settlement before i leaving the company can i suit the above company in India,also it has a office in Mumbai and it take a contract in Bangalore.
Please suggest.

Holding of passport without consent of passport holder is unlawful.
As company is situated in UAE, better to appear before UAE Court of law as the territorial jurisdiction is not India. If company's head office/corporate office is in India you can file petition in India as well.
