Legal Question

I'm divorced and I have a long term disability lawsuit pending and in the divorce papers it states that my exwife will receive half of the winnings of the lawsuit if any but I had to file bankruptcy and may have to turn over any winning from the lawsuit to the bankrurtcy court if so would I still owe my exwife half of the winnings of the lawsuit ?
