Legal Question
If an Agreement states to send the notices of the Board Meeting to the Address of the foreign Directors , whether the email notices & agendas to the email address provided by the foreign Director will be treated as Legally send as per Agreement ? They are accepting the same from last 2 yrs . as valid communication. But in case of any dispute , can they claim otherwise ???
