Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana

Being suspended from selling on Ebay for a Non-payment when I have proof of Paym

I bought something off of a seller on Ebay, paid they never sent the item. I received a refund from the CC company. Ebay has suspended my account for non-payment to this seller. I have proof of payment. I have been emailing Ebay since Nov. 4th and they have been ignoring my emails. Do I have any legal grounds against Ebay or this seller? The item was only 5.00 but I have proof of payment and have been suspended from ebay and can no longer sell.

I too had a problem with Ebay over alleged non-payment. They have an appeal process that must be strictly adhered to-send it by certified mail or fed ex so you can prove you sent it-they have to respond. Good luck (unfortunately there is no legal right to sell on Ebay-they can refuse you without valid grounds)
