Civil suit (landlord)
My previous land lord is suing me for breaking my lease. I signed a years lease but only lived there for 1 week. Nothing was damaged and I left appliances, furniture,etc.
Due to job loss, I haven't been able to make the court ordered payments. Today my landlord called and said that if I don't pay he'd have me arrested, can he do that?
