remady against employer

i am employed by hbl global pvt limited a mumbai bassed company registered under companies act 1956 of india . I am in probation period of six months. I did not got any confermation from company.It is my forth month of working there my boss says that since your employee varication is negative i can do nothing.I m working in delhi and the head office of the company is mumbai so now what legal remady do i have please suggest me

you are at probation dear.

dont think of any action. i presume that you are at good post. find some other job and dont damage your profile by taking any legal action on employer, that too on probation. you will not get much but may lose a lot
