Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

Help...I'm in a world of hurt and don't know where to begin......I took a wrong turn in my career and my life is in shambles and I lost everything.....I owe state and federal taxes (approx $30,000.00), I have a judgment against me from a dentist (approx $2500.00), I drew unemployment and now they say I owe over $8,000.00 back to them....The only job I can find is part-time employment.....What do I do??? Where do I start?? How can I get everybody off my back so I can get back on my feet??? Is there an attorney in my area that can help guide me???

I know of no lawyer who can help you based on the information provided. The taxes are not discahrgeable in a bankruptcy and the unemployment, if obtained fraudulently is not. It is not worth your while to file bankruptcy on the dentist bill. You have no funds that would allow for any kind of lump sum compromise. You are just going to have to hope for better times.. Perhaps someone else may have some ideas on here.Good luck.
