How do i get removed as a cosigner on a student load as ordered in devorce decree

You cannot get removed from a loan as a co-signer. The divorce court would most likely not have the power to cause you to be removed because the lender doesn't have to let you off. Best you can do is make sure that the court enforces its order against your former partner. This should be something that your lawyer should be doing for you.
