Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
If I were too answer an online ad from a lady that is advertising a massage or spending time with her no mention of sex. Would it be considered visiting a prostitute? She puts fee as a donation for a half or full hour. Again no mention of sex or a guarantee of any. Couldnt this be considered sex between consenting adultsm

That would be your defense when you are arrested. The problem is that a jury does not have to take your explanation that you were just paying for time and the woman just happened to be so enamored of you that she leapt into bed with you within 20 minutes after meeting you at face value. This is not a good idea.
