Re: can a person on parole be held in another state

if there is an outstanding warrant from indiana (warrant still listed in NCIC) and the person is found in alabama, then he can be held on a fugitive warrant until indiana exatradites him from alabama to indiana. if the warrant is an old warrant that has been disposed of the matter should be cleared up very shortly after arrest. call me if you need further assistance. 205-879-9595
