Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

i was on probation i was arrested on petition to revoke bonded out went to court made my plea judge set date for fact finding hearing.my question is am i on probation?i feel that i`m not because it was revoked.

If you have a hearing on fact finding for the revocation petition scheduled, than your probation has not been revoked yet. Asking isn't the same as getting. No, you can't go violate the rules of probation now.
