Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

ive never been in trouble before. im acused of causing a robbery at a place I worked at. the detective is lying about what was said. does my public defender get acsess to all recordings? also if I don't feel like im going to get a fair trial in my case with the public defender how do I find out if and how I can qualify and find a pro bono lawyer? I cant afford my own attorney because ive been told that I have a high profile cse

A pro bono lawyer is a public defender. Unless you have some reason to know that your PD has a conflict in the case, you have no reason to believe you will not get a fair trial. He/she can get all evidence in the case.
