Habitual Traffic violator/Indiana
When I was 18, and 19, I racked up a reckless driving and 2 OWIs. This made me htv in the state of indiana. Since then i got my act together. I am 24 now and in the last month I have been to jail twice for driving to work. Driving while suspended HTV. My 5 years is coming up in a few months, where i will be able to get a hardship licence. Am I still eligible to get a hardship licence?

Not after violating the terms of your suspension by driving.
