Legal Question in DUI Law in Indiana

I was pulled over and had a suspended liscense 2nd offense. I also had a drunk minor in car and open container. Do I have to go to jail or can I plea bargain to just fines and classes? They charged me with drunk driving even though I wasn't no breathalyzer test administered or sobriety field tests
