suspension of out os state linsence
After being charged with dui and having my license taken by the cop, I was advised by my lawyer to go to my state DMV and tell them I lost mine and get it replaced. It has been over 90 days and after pleading guilty in Indiana, they are leaving it up to KY what to do about my license.I have my replaced license still. I'm on probation in IN and I have to take classes. Am I OK to drive now that my case is closed? or can KY now suspend my license now? Is the license I am carrying legal?
