How do I get the courts to supeaona the state to do a paternity test ?

My husband and I need to get the courts to supeaona the state to do a paternity test. When he was fifteen

he was told by this girl that he fathered her child. He signed the birth certificate, but now he doubts he's the father. This was in 1996. what forms do we need?

You need to file a paternity suit to get a court order finging that he is not the father. File a motion in the paternity action for a blood test and a court will generally order them. My teleph # is 208-345-3817
