Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

According to my divorce decree, I am to pay half of my son's college costs. Does that include room & board if the college is only 25 miles from his mother's house? Or is that considered a luxury and I am not compelled to contribute? Also, if he does stay on-campus, can the child support I pay be terminated or drastically reduced?

He does not have to live at home. However, you should qualify for a reduction in child support that is to be paid to his custodial parent.
