Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Expecting & not married to baby's father

What are Indiana laws about responsibility and custody of a child. Should the father's name be included on the birth certificate and what are the reasons it should or should'nt. He does'nt have the best environment for a child to stay, living w/several guys and drinking. His family is disfunctional, involved with drinking & drugs, even though there is no police involvment to show this. Can he be kept from overnight and unsupervised visits and what is the criteria for visitation rights. Where is there more free information on Indiana family laws when the parents are not married? The baby's dad is employed but gets paid under the table and did not file tax returns last year, is it poosible to get child support. Our daughter is unemployed and living with us, what as Grandparents are our rights and responsiblities if any?
