Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My ex-wife got raided and had 3grams of meth and components. MI CPS assumed custody of our kids and i wasn't contacted for a week, is this legal? I am now supposed to make a 160mile trip on 3 seperate days to take pee tests, because i live in IN. , is this legal? Then I'll only get supervised visites, what gives this incident has nothing to do with me?
